Kyle Wible

Arizona Sheriff Sergeant Son, 20, Killed by Drunk Illegal Alien

August 19, 20-year-old Kyle Wible was hit in his Nissan Sentra by 19-year-old illegal alien Roberto Salamanca, who was driving a GMC Yukon extremely drunk at more than 80 miles per hour in Flagstaff, Ariz. After hitting Wible, Salamanca ran away.

A Coconino County grand jury has indicted a young Flagstaff man for recklessly causing the death of another young Flagstaff man in a car crash on Aug. 19.

According to the indictment handed down Thursday, Roberto A. Salamanca, 19, is accused of manslaughter, DUI, extreme DUI, failing to remain at the scene of a collision involving serious injury or death, underage consumption and criminal damage.

Salamanca has six prior driving citations and did not have a valid driver's license on the day of the crash.

County jail officials said Salamanca was unable prove he resided in the United States legally. He will be turned over to U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement upon the resolution of his criminal case.

The crime of manslaughter is considered a Class 2 dangerous felony, punishable upon conviction by 7 to 21 years in prison, according to state statute.

According to police reports, the crash happened at about 11 p.m. on Aug. 19. An officer was driving past Norvel Owens Mortuary when he saw a large cloud of smoke on the north side of the road.

The officer tried to help Kyle Wible, 20, the son of a sheriff's office sergeant, who was still breathing. Wible was taken to Flagstaff Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Two witnesses to the crash reported that the driver of a Gold GMC Yukon passed at a high rate of speed -_- 80 to 100 mph -_- and lose control. The posted speed limit in the area is 40 mph. The SUV crashed head-on into Wible's two-door Nissan Sentra after crossing three lanes in the roadway. The driver ran away from the scene. An official estimate of the speed from the police accident reconstruction team is still pending.
This story is precisely why Governor Jan Brewer signed and why the majority of Arizonans and Americans support SB 1070, a law that allows police officers to inquire about legal status after a crime has been committed, such as a traffic violation. But apparently, the Obama Justice Department doesn't want to prevent criminal aliens like Salamanca from continually committing crimes considering the DOJ is suing the state over the law.
Salamanca had six previous driving citations prior to his decision to drive extremely drunk without a valid drivers license, cutting the life of American Kyle Wible short. He should have been deported after the first offense when police should have asked about his legal status, which we now know is illegal. Also, I'd like to point out that the reporter of this story, Larry Hendrick of the Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff's local newspaper, refers to Salamanca as a "young Flagstaff man." No, he is a young illegal alien, not a Flagstaff man nor a legal resident of the United States.
This isn't the first time an illegal alien with previous criminal convictions have taken the lives of innocent Americans. Remember this?
Houston Police Officer Kevin Will, 38-years-old, was killed by an illegal alien thug MS-13 gang member Sunday.  Johoan Rodriguez, who was driving drunk with a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit, was also found with a bag of cocaine after he slammed into Will. Will's wife is six months pregnant and they have two other children together. Rodriguez was deported twice before killing Will,  leaving his wife to raise their children on her own, without a father. Rodriguez was charged a $10 fine and short jail time for entering the United States illegally. Another Houston officer was killed in 2006 by an illegal alien.
And what about this?
An illegal immi_GRANT has been charged with vehicular homicide after hitting a 23-year-old man and driving away....drunk.

An illegal immi_GRANT who allegedly killed a 23-year-old Massachusetts man in a hit-and-run accident Saturday is being held on $100,000 cash bail, the Milford Daily News reports.

Nicolas D. Guaman, 34, of Milford, Mass., was arrested Saturday after his vehicle struck Matthew J. Denice, who was on a motorcycle, according to police. Guaman's pickup truck had allegedly dragged Denice's body a quarter-mile, the newspaper reports.

Judge Robert Calagione entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Guaman in Milford District Court on Tuesday.

Michael Maloney, Denice's stepfather, is reportedly calling the accident a "murder." He described Denice, who had just graduated from Framingham State University with a computer degree, as a "great all-American kid," according to the newspaper.
